"Very bad experience. I do not recommend this hospital for maternity cases. Both staff and doctors are very casual about treatment. We had to repeatedly follow up with the nursing station for even basic needs like changing the drip and feeding support. I also observed the staff arguing among themselves instead of taking responsibility for patients. My daughter was born on 17/09/25 through a cesarean delivery, but no proper tests were conducted for jaundice, and no guidance was given regarding mother’s feeding. Instead, they simply advised us to purchase formula milk. This was very disappointing and unexpected, especially in a metro city."

"⭐ 1 Star Review Extremely Irresponsible and Unprofessional Hospital I took my father to Green City Hospital, Greater Noida in an emergency with a BP of 179, but there was no help in the emergency ward. Instead of attending immediately, they sent us to the OPD, where the doctor was not even available—he was out on rounds. The staff was more interested in taking charges first rather than calling the doctor or starting any pre-checkup. We had to wait for over half an hour while my father was in distress. This kind of negligence and lack of basic emergency response is unacceptable for any hospital. Highly irresponsible staff and poor management—definitely not recommended in case of any real emergency."
